The course aims to provide a framework for postgraduate study which offers health care practitioners the opportunity to extend their knowledge, skill and understanding for advancing health care practice; one of the central aims is to enable students to develop practice by the 4 integrated sub-roles of expert practitioner, educator, researcher and leader; the course has been developed as a modular framework which consists of core and optional modules.
