Include the areas of: organisational behaviour, employee relations, employee development and employee resourcing, and lead towards strategic HRM in international context; options allow students to develop specialist interests; and throughout the course emphasis is placed on contemporary and emerging HRM topics which are often explored through case studies; the project module allows: a piece of management research of choice, or production of a research-based dissertation.

Mimimum 2.2 Honours degree or equivalent in area related to business and management, sociology and/or occupational psychology; alternative qualifications considered; those with minor shortfall in prerequisite subject area may be required to undertake bridging programme.
