В процессе изучения теоретических модулей студенты набирают 135 образовательных кредитов, за этим следует написание диссертации объемом 15 000 слов и нагрузкой в 45 кредитов (срок сдачи — середина августа).

Вуз организует двухнедельный вводный курс, который включает в себя обзор программы, процедуру выбора модулей, навыки написания диссертации и проведения исследований. В течение второй недели, обучающиеся получают возможность посетить занятия различных модулей своей программы прежде, чем сделать окончательный выбор. 

Для того, чтобы получить специализацию в этой области права, необходимо набрать 90 кредитов (credits) из следующего списка и написать диссертацию:
