Supervision is available for research in the broad areas of: Colour science and technology; textile design and clothing manufacture; textile science and technology; particular areas of interest include: colour physics; computer control of textile dying; colour chemistry, including speciality dyes; computer-aided 3-dimensional modelling and visualisation techniques; textile aesthetics; design of multi-sensory textile products; biomedical textiles; high performance synthetic fibres; traditional fibres.
