Animal behaviour All years: Students gain a thorough understanding of how and why animals behave in the ways they do and learn how this knowledge can be applied in areas such as the management and conservation of wild and domesticated animals; students also acquire the skills needed to carry out their own investigations in order to contribute to future discoveries. Wildlife biology All years: Ecology; physiology; ecophysiology; animal behaviour; marine biology; parasitology; behavioural ecology; animal welfare; plant life; mammalogy; population ecology; wildlife management; oceanography; conservation; behaviour and management of zoo and domestic animals.

Students gain a thorough understanding of how and why animals behave in the ways they do and learn how this knowledge can be applied in areas such as the management and conservation of wild and domesticated animals; students also acquire the skills needed to carry out their own investigations in order to contribute to future discoveries; the course addresses the 3 major themes of wildlife ecology, management, and conservation; there are opportunities to visit amongst others the Hebrides to see red deer; Donna Nook to see seals pupping; the Farne Islands to see seals and seabirds; Devon for a practical biology field course; South Africa or Kenya for a tropical ecology and management course; students are expected to make a contribution towards residential field trips, the cost depending on the individual trip.

Расположение

Наши основные кампусы расположены в Кембридже и Челмсфорде, оба в часе езды на поезде от Центрального Лондона. Кембридж расположен всего лишь в часе езды на поезде от Лондона, до него можно доехать по трассе M11. Из Челмсфорда можно быстро добраться до Лондона, всего лишь за 30 минут на поезде, город имеет хорошее транспортное обеспечение со всей страной.

Оба города числятся в списке десяти наилучших мест для проживания в Соединенном Королевстве. Кампусы университета Англия-Раскин находятся прямо в центре городов, они располагают самой современной материально-технической базой для обучения и отдыха, доступной для всех студентов.
