The main aims of this degree are to promote a creative approach to examining and exploring investment, legal and financial issues; to allow students to analyse a range of value and investment options and deliver appropriate proposals; to provide an in-depth understanding of the technical, economic and legal aspects of surveying; the skills of the real estate manager lie in areas of investment appraisal and financial management as well as in understanding the technical aspects of construction and development; although this course shares many technical modules with building surveying, the real focus of this course is on the economics of property, on its value as an investment rather than a functional product; this degree provides a solid foundation for anyone wishing to pursue a career as a chartered surveyor, the specialist content means it's likely to be of particular value to anyone looking to go into property or estate management.

Расположение

Наши основные кампусы расположены в Кембридже и Челмсфорде, оба в часе езды на поезде от Центрального Лондона.
