Stage 1: Certificate in leadership and management: introduces students to the operational level of management and a number of key management areas and skills required by those engaged in human resource management; stage 2: postgraduate diploma in human resource management: this stage is specific to individuals wishing to follow a career and gain a qualification in human resource management; stage 3: students are encouraged to approach human resource management from a strategic view; use their organisational practice as a mechanism for critical evaluation of the abstruse concepts involved in the management of the employment relationship.

Вступительные требования

A degree from a UK university (2:2) with Honours; Graduate membership of the CIPD for entry at stage 3; holders of other awards including those from non-UK universities will be considered on the equivalence of their qualifications; those applicants for whom English is not the first language will be expected to demonstrate a certified level of proficiency of at least IELTS 6.5 or equivalent.

Расположение

Наши основные кампусы расположены в Кембридже и Челмсфорде, оба в часе езды на поезде от Центрального Лондона. Кембридж расположен всего лишь в часе езды на поезде от Лондона, до него можно доехать по трассе M11.
