The course consists of a 1st study year at 1 of 3 institutions (Bangor, Copenhagen, Dresden) and a specialising 2nd study year with different topics offered by each of the 5 institutions; students are required to spend the 2nd year at a different university to the 1st year; the aim of the 1st study year is to provide a thorough and broad introduction to sustainable tropical forestry.
