This qualification provides students with the key management skills to enable them to operate effectively as a middle manager; it allows students to develop a range of competencies from operational management principles and practises to the development of resource control and use; students achieving this qualification can apply for full membership of the Institute; students must successfully complete all core units from group A, at least 1 core unit from group B and 3 optional units from group C to a minimum total of 62 credits.
