This course applies geographical skills to real world issues; resource exploitation and development are major problems that can be overcome by careful management and planning of land use, landscape and the environment; designed with employment in mind, this course gives graduates an advantage over those following a general, less applied geography degree because the needs are met of employers expecting relevant work experience and managerial skills.
