The course provides in-depth knowledge and understanding of modern product design and development methods in the strategic management of the design process; also covers the use of modern technologies such as: Computer-aided design; computer aided engineering; design and manufacturing simulation; rapid prototyping; rapid manufacturing.

2nd Class Honours degree in product design; where English is not 1st language IELTS 6.0 (academic) or above is required.
