Semester 1 core units: international and domestic retailing: principles and practice; business strategy; managing organisations; semester 2: compulsory units; retail marketing and consumer behaviour; buying and merchandising; non specific course units; food and drink; entrepreneurship; sport tourism; ecotourism; the management of natural and cultural tourist attractions; tour operations and tourism distribution management; air transport, tourism development and climate change; conference tourism; placement option; any other unit from the Master's services management framework programme; semester 3: 20,000-word dissertation.
