This course develops: analytical and managerial competencies appropriate to tourism and hospitality sectors; organisations and operations in diverse operating environments; students' ability to define; investigate; analyse; evaluate and respond to the tactical and strategic issues of concern to tourism and hospitality; students' capacity to manage their own learning and self-development in the context of organisational change; students' capacity to stimulate change in response to current and future developments in public and private sector organisations operating in the industries; general route within specialist suite of tourism courses; students choose a selection of subjects and undertake research dissertation in related topic for Master's award.
