Students on the NVQ/SVQ pathway build a portfolio of evidence as the basis of this assessment; portfolios can include real life examples from the workplace and from voluntary activities such as acting as a treasurer of a local society or club as part of the assessment, as well as evidence from simulations of real work activities.
