The course has been designed to cover a balance of business/human resource related subjects; the human resource subjects include international human resource management (HRM), people resourcing and reward, human resource development, managing change and strategic HRM; in addition you will study a research methods module which is designed to underpin the completion of a 15000 word research based dissertation in a human resource related topic of your choice; this is a core part of the Master's programme and will involve independent primary and secondary research; support for this research is provided through a dissertation supervisor.
