This qualification looks at digital channels and their suitability for inclusion in a media plan; search engine optimisation (SEO), display advertising, email marketing, viral marketing, online public relations, affiliate marketing and social media are all explored in detail; it also looks at digital metrics and related legislation, regulation and codes of practice; this course provides the knowledge and skills to manage digital marketing and communications campaigns; it also looks at the fast changing landscape of social networking through all digital media including mobile, and the part it plays within the digital mix; it considers Web 4.0, new influence models and the growing impact of neuroscience; students may attend the following: Saturday seminars in Bristol and Leeds; executive weekend programmes in Cambridge and Manchester.
