The student will either be assisting with the management or directly managing other learning providers; and will work with an assessor who will visit them at work and assess their skills against criteria for the qualification they are working towards; the course is comprised of one-to-one meetings with an assessor who aids the student with portfolio construction and observe them within the working environment.
