A qualification at level 3 in the intended teaching area; a higher professional qualification; currently employed as a training professional; have significant teaching or training experience; a minimum of 150 hours of teaching or training over the 2 years of the course; numeracy and literacy qualification at level 2 by the end of the 1st year; an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau check before undertaking any teaching; interview.
