First degree equivalent to UK honours degree at a minimum level of 2.2 and at least three years' relevant professional experience; members or fellows of royal institution of chartered surveyors, normally with at least three years' experience.

Course educates professionals in ways in which property and other types of investment may be compared and analysed within the framework of investment market; also provides an understanding of economic, legal and financial framework of decision-making, of specific investment markets, and of various investment decision-making techniques; normally includes 2 short non-residential courses each year in Reading (UK) during December and June; total study time estimated minimum 14 hours per week over a 42 week year.
