Subjects include: Managerial accounting; organisation and people management; management science; marketing principles and strategy; development finance and appraisal; strategic management and management of change and innovation; development strategy and procedure; knowledge management and portfolio management; study time is estimated at 15 hours per week for 40 weeks each year including dissertation in 2nd year; includes 2 2-day seminars held in September and March in Reading; October and April in Hong Kong.

Good cognate degree and/or relevant professional qualifications such as those from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Chartered Institute of Building, Institution of Civil Engineers, Royal Institute of British Architects; minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience is desirable.
