1st or 2nd class UK Honours degree or (overseas) equivalent, together with a minimum of 2 years professional experience; students whose 1st langauge is not English: TOEFL 237 (computer) or 580 (paper) or ILETS band 6.5 is required required; some applicants may also be asked to undertake Graduate Management Admissions Test (GMAT).

The course provides students with a practical and thorough research-grounded knowledge of international and comparative human resource management, organisational behaviour and employee relations; the course increases students’ understanding of global human resource issues and provides the skills to improve the contribution of international human resources; students gain the research skills to allow them to carry out projects in a valid and reflective way, and develop business acumen in areas such as international economics, marketing and accounting and finance, while building their consulting skills.
