The course provides a practical slant on the broad base of professional and academic issues related to information operations; the use of blended learning environments that include face-to-face workshops intermixed with online activity is particularly relevant to this area of professional practice as these learning environments replicate the context of distributed command chains that practitioners encounter in their future information operations roles; graduates have the competencies and abilities to advocate the use of an information operations approach amongst decisions makers at a senior and national level in military and other national security contexts; the PGCert comprises 5 mandatory modules delivered through part-time study: 1 double module with 20 M-level credits and 4 standard modules with 10 M-level credits.
