This course is a general hospitality management qualification; the aim of the course is to equip students with the knowledge and skills to help them develop their career in hospitality management at the highest level; students are expected to attend college 1 day per week, but also study in the workplace; students develop a combination of technical skills, academic knowledge and research, with the emphasis being on transferable work based learning skills.
