Part 1 consists of 3 taught modules (60 credits): diagnostics and methodologies; critical theories; questions of practice; part 2 consists of independent research and practical work (120 credits), leading to a final public project and a dissertation, with students free to choose the ratio and relationship between the 2 of these.
Вступительные требования
1st degree in dance and/or related performance practices; choreographers with a professional record of over 5 years’ practice and competence equivalent to degree level are also welcomed; applications from mature artists and students are encouraged; successful applicants will be practitioners who are capable of researching, thinking, talking and writing about practice at postgraduate level.

Curriculum combines staff-led and group-led workshops and seminars, independent research, individual tutorials, ongoing practice-based projects, written assignments, individual research and the realisation of a final choreographed performance.
