Studies combine the fields of: Writing; visual art; performance; theatre; choreography; and curation; sharing a practice-led and critical approach towards the media of production and dissemination; provides a collaborative network environment in which students can test their own positions against different disciplinary perspectives and critical frameworks; 2nd year: students can choose to study anywhere within the network, generating practical research in various cultural and disciplinary contexts; a minimum 3 months' residency at a partner institution is required.

Degree or equivalent professional experience, and a background related to aspects of contemporary arts practice and research; applications are encouraged from mature students and students without conventional academic qualifications who have equivalent competence in theoretical and practical work by other means; all applicants are normally interviewed.
