To be considered for admission to a TU/e Master's program applicants should have a (minimum) Specialist Diploma or a Bakalavr degree from an accredited academic university. A Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 75% of the scale maximum. TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language)
Overall band score of at least 90 AND a minimum score of 21 for each section.
TU/e only accepts the TOEFL internet-based test. IELTS (academic version) with an overall band score of at least 6.5 and a minimum of 6.0 for each section.
University of Cambridge
proof that you have passed the University of Cambridge 'Certificate of Proficiency in English (CPE)', or University of Cambridge 'Certificate in Advanced English (CAE)',grades A-C.

The master’s degree program Construction Management and Engineering (CME) is offered by the Built Environment (BE) and Industrial Engineering & Innovation Sciences (IE&IS) departments, with their distinctive research-driven and project-oriented approach to education. In this interdepartmental program the focus is Construction Management & Urban Development: using urban/building sciences and management and innovation sciences to develop solutions for urban development with particular emphasis on smart cities. CME graduation projects are closely related to ongoing research projects in the BE and IE&IS departments.
