Sport events management is a dynamic and fast paced industry, within which professionals need to be innovative and multi-skilled; this postgraduate programme offers students a conceptual understanding of the processes that underpin the effective management of major and minor sporting events from an academic perspective; it aims to produce managers who are able to manage those events by effectively and efficiently identifying client needs, deploying physical and human resources and marketing events successfully for financial and/or social profit.
