2:1 honours degree or above in equine science or animal science; 2:1 honours degree or above in a biologically-related degree with a supplementary background in the equine field (e.g. BHS); other approved accreditation or professional qualification.

The postgraduate programme consists of taught modules delivered via weekend study blocks; each module offers a coherent, structured insight into an area of equine performance and, on completion,students are awarded a number of credit points (10, 20 or 60), which they can use to gain a postgraduate award; students who accumulate 60 credits will be eligible for a postgraduate Certificate*, 120 credits gains a postgraduate diploma in equine science and 180 credits is a Master’s degree.
