People and organisational management in the built environment; business management for built environment professionals; contracts and procurement; microeconomics and the built environment; value and risk management; construction financial management; construction technology; built environment organisation and processes; students choose a topic for the dissertation/project report that aligns with the research interests of staff in the school and/or relates to aspects of their employer; or interests that they wish to develop further.

Вступительные требования

Master's level entry, students must hold: A good (minimum lower 2nd Class) Honours degree in a relevant discipline and/or; full membership of a relevant professional institution and/or; equivalent UK/overseas qualifications which may be considered on an individual basis; students admitted onto the Diploma course who perform well may be allowed to transfer to the Master's course.
