Programme is an in-service course for practising ministers, which seeks to enhance the effectiveness of students' ministry, equipping them with to be agents of personal and social change; a range of urban experiences in both Western and non-Western settings enable students to understand their local challenges in cross-cultural and global perspective; taught work is undertaken in years 1-2, followed by a dissertation in year 3, based around the student's own ministry; years 1-2 each include 2 residencies, 2 in Glasgow, 1 partly in Glasgow and partly in another European city, and 1 in a city in the non-Western world; the residencies enable reflection on different context and ministries.
