A project-based course providing the skills required to work in all areas of furniture craft & design; students will develop analytical and creative problem solving techniques, along with practical hand craft skills and craft methods, gaining the ability to design and make 3-dimensional artefacts; specialist tuition is given in the areas of design, cad/cam, wood machining, cabinet making, timber technology, upholstery and surface finishing.
