The programme is intended for full-time and part-time teachers in further, adult, health services or prison education and any related field of post compulsory education and training; by the end of the programme, students will have: developed appropriate knowledge, skills and core values consistent with FENTO standards for teaching and supporting learning; demonstrated that they can plan, design, deliver and evaluate learning to appropriate professional standards within the Post Compulsory Education (PCE) sector; evaluated their own practice and contribution to relevant learning programmes; demonstrated confidence in their ability to perform professional roles within a work environment; demonstrated competence to the required standard(s).
