Sloan Fellows usually have at least 10 years' work experience, with an average age in the mid to late 30s; in order to review an application to the Sloan Master's, the school requires a completed application form together with GMAT certificate, TOEFL if applicable, 2 references and copies/transcripts of previous higher education.
