This intensive vocational course introduce students to a range of practical skills, knowledge and focuses on the creative problems and cultural issues that graduates encounter in their professional lives; the course encourages students to develop a wide range of practical, creative and conceptual skills, based in current theory and practice; a key concept of the course is the notion that graphic designers are not solely concerned with generating imagery, problems of communication or applying design technology; students take responsibility for identifying and developing a personal design agenda and an individual approach; application deadline: March 2010.
