A lower 2nd UK 1st degree in food science or a related subject (microbiology; biochemistry; nutrition; or agricultural sciences); or equivalent overseas qualification; for students whose 1st language is not English: IELTS 6; TOEFL 580; CBT TOEFL 237; or equivalent.
