Good UK Honours degree (or equivalent) in any subject; applicants to the part-time programme should be working in human resources or a related area throughout the course of the programme; advanced entry to the part-time programme is available to those already holding a postgraduate diploma, the CIPD’s Professional Qualification Scheme, or equivalent.

The programme gives full exemption from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) professional examinations, and on successful completion of the programme, students become graduate members of CIPD; the full-time programme includes a 10-day work placement and 1 of the following: a residential study tour, a conference visit, an off-site development event; the part-time programme includes 2 residential weekends, each focused around skills and professional development.

Расположение

Здания Университета находятся в центре города Манчестер (кампус All Saints на улице Oxford Road, кампус Aytoun недалеко от Piccadilly, кампусы Elizabeth Gaskell Hollings), а также в городах Дисбэри, Кру и Алсэгер (в графстве Чешир).
