Вступительные требования

Honours degree (2nd Class or above) in social policy or related discipline and some relevant professional experience, or chartered institute of housing graduate conversion course certificate; mature students with over 8 years of housing experience (including 2-3 years at management level) may be admitted provided that they have the necessary background and motivation; entry is subject to interview.

Students develop practical problem-solving skills and gain an in-depth theoretical insight into the national and international housing debate; students learn to: apply knowledge to practical situations; have step-off points at postgraduate certificate and postgraduate diploma levels; they gain academic membership of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) within 2 years (on completion of the CIH professional practice requirement); the course covers community participation and regeneration issues as well as core housing areas such as finance, development and management.

Расположение

Пять кампусов располагаются в Северном Лондоне. Главный кампус, Хендон, находится на расстоянии небольшой поездки на метро от центрального Лондона и Камден Тауна. Другие кампусы, находящиеся в Лондоне: Cat Hill (Кэт Хилл), Trent Park (Трент Парк), Enfield (Энфилд), Archway (Арчуэй) и больницы.
