Compulsory modules: Integrating the art and science of midwifery; clinical leadership; and an independent learning module which helps students plan their programme; in addition, students take a research methods module: methods of critical enquiry in healthcare services; and 2 optional modules, allowing students to focus on their interests.

Practising midwife; 2nd Class Honours degree or above; or evidence successful study at level 3.

Students look at key issues: current midwifery theory and practice; models of maternity care provision; the politics of midwifery; and the changing role of the midwife; students meet and debate with students from other disciplines and nationalities.

Расположение

Пять кампусов располагаются в Северном Лондоне. Главный кампус, Хендон, находится на расстоянии небольшой поездки на метро от центрального Лондона и Камден Тауна. Другие кампусы, находящиеся в Лондоне: Cat Hill (Кэт Хилл), Trent Park (Трент Парк), Enfield (Энфилд), Archway (Арчуэй) и больницы.
