Weekend 1: Confidentiality and ethics; cognitive psychotherapy: background and development; the therapeutic alliance; cognition and emotions; cognitive model of depression; cognitive model of anxiety; advice on dissertation writing; weekend 2: cognitive psychotherapy: therapy in action; weekend 3: neuro linguistic programming: foundation course; well-formed outcomes; sensory systems; submodalities; NLP and self hypnosis; resource anchoring procedure; 6 step reframing; weekend 4: Examinations; students also complete a disertation.

Вступительные требования

Completion of Stages 1 (4 weekends) , 2 (6 weekends) & 3 (4 weekends) must be completed in order to gain qualification; entry to Stage 3 (Diploma)of the NCHP training programme is confined to those students who hold the Certificate in Hypno-Psychotherapy.
