This course aims to support full-time, part-time or prospective teachers, who are working or wish to work in a further education college or adult education setting within the community; the programme has two stages and is designed to enable students to combine the theory and practice of teaching and training; students will be encouraged to reflect on their experience, practice, skills and potential for development, and build up your knowledge of the principles of learning.
