Stages 2 and 3: Specialist topics include: biochemistry of chronic diseases; the molecular basis of cancer; bioinformatics; protein-DNA interaction; business for the bioscientist; and research in biochemistry; stages 2 and 3 of the programme also include specialist immunology modules.
