Students must complete a personal appraisal; case studies; and practical assignments (60 credits); as well as taught modules (60 credits) that typically include: Professional conduct; office administration; and in-contract administration.

Students are required to hold exemption from the RIBA Part II examinations; where 1st language is not English IELTS 6.5; TOEFL 90 (Internet-based); 577 (paper-based) or equivalent are required.
