The programme enables students with a serious interest in theology to engage with contemporary issues, schools of thought and Christian thinkers; it aims to open up new insights into the scriptures and classical Christian doctrines; applicants with a previous theological foundation have the opportunity to deepen their subject knowledge; in addition they are expected to develop their ability to think critically at advanced level and study independently.
