A variety of units are offered including equitation (riding option only), equine health and equine nutrition; the course consists of 11 core units and includes: equine fitness; equine selection; equine nutrition; equine anatomy and physiology; equine health; equine facility management; using software applications packages; preparation of the horse for competition; graded unit; workplace experience; customer care; equitation (option); brood mare (option); the stallion (option).
