A-Level: 3 A-levels at grade BBC. GCSE: 5 GCSEs at grade C or above, including Mathematics and English Language. BTEC extended diploma candidates should aim for grades DDM, preferably in a relevant subject area. Experience of paid or voluntary work with vulnerable people is needed. This experience should be sufficient to enable you to clearly demonstrate your commitment, motivation and understanding of social work's knowledge, skills and values.

Oxford Brookes’ BA (Hons) in Social Work has been consistently ranked highly in league tables, and has recently undergone a validation event with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and an endorsement event with The College of Social Work, for which we are currently awaiting the formal result.
