Undergraduate Cumulative Grade Point Average: 3.0 or equivalent required for unconditional admission Graduate Record Examination (GRE): Required – (Expected in the upper 50th percentile) TOEFL for Non-Native English Speakers: Minimum Paper-Based Test (PBT) Score Required: 550 Minimum Internet-Based Test (IBT) Overall Score Required: 77 With the following minimum section requirements: Reading: 19 Listening: 14 Speaking: 18 Writing: 18 IELTS (Academic Module): An alternative to the TOEFL, scores of 6.5 or higher will be accepted Pearson Test of English (PTE) (Academic Module): An alternative to the TOEFL, scores of 58 or higher will be accepted TWE for Non-Native English Speakers: Not required, but recommended

The School of Engineering Technology is working to create four separate areas of study, each with specializations based on our faculty expertise. The first area of concentration that will be launched is Advanced Manufacturing. When this concentration has been formally approved, it will be note on this website for your enrollment. Our faculty conduct research which represents the future of Engineering Technology in the United States and around the world. As a graduate student in the School of Engineering Technology, you have the opportunity to explore topics that address the engineering grand challenges and the advanced requirements of business and industry in the technology and innovation sphere.

Расположение

Purdue's campus is situated in the small city of West Lafayette, near the western bank of the Wabash River, across which sits the larger city of Lafayette. Academic buildings are mostly concentrated on the eastern and southern parts of campus, with residence halls and intramural fields to the west, and athletic facilities to the north. The Greater Lafayette Public Transportation Corporation (CityBus) operates eight campus loop bus routes on which students, faculty, and staff can ride free of charge with Purdue Identification.


The main campus in West Lafayette offers more than 200 majors for undergraduates, over 70 master’s and doctoral programs, and professional degrees in pharmacy and veterinary medicine. In addition, Purdue has 18 intercollegiate sports teams and more than 900 student organizations.
