Level 3: interior design project; sustainability and interior design; research project; professional studies; building surveying and refurbishment.

This course focuses on interior design and its promotion; it is aimed at those students wishing to pursue a career in interior design and/or the promotion of interior design; the primary aim of this course is to give students the opportunity to study interior design together with the essential promotional principles and practices; the production of a professional portfolio enables students to work in the field of publishing, advertising, print and lens-based media and promotion as freelance practitioners or consultants; this course includes an art, design and media foundation year (level 0) which is taught at Southampton City College; the final 3 years of the course are taught at Southampton Solent University.
