Students are required to complete 4 of the 5 modules: Employee relations; employee resourcing; learning and development; employee reward; employment law; plus: people management and development; personnel and development practitioners; continuous professional development learning log; management research report.
Вступительные требования
Students who have successfully completed Leadership and Management, MBA students (within the last 10 years) and NVQ/SVQ level 5 in Management; advance standing is given to students who have: a post-graduate diploma or certificate in management standards, this is completed via a workbook which is assessed and validated by CIPD; undergraduate qualifications HND/HNC and NVQ/SVQ level 4 in management will not be considered for advanced standing.
