The Graphics and Digital Design programme develops students' technical ability in digital typography, image manipulation, multimedia or web design and design for print; students are exposed to professional standard briefs encouraging them to develop their research, communication and problem solving skills; students are taught visual skills and presentation methods enabling then to express themselves clearly, drawing upon how others have responded to the environment and shaped the culture we share today; workplace skills are also part of the course, students are for example expected to plan and cost products, produce marketing material etc; students are encouraged to develop the confidence to analyse art and design outcomes and to reflect on their own progress.
