Course delivers the knowledge and understanding required to safely administer medications to clients across a wide variety of health, social care and educational establishments; it closely follows the knowledge set developed by skills for care; it can be used as an update for qualified nurses, as a development tool for senior staff within a setting or as preparation for HSC 375 the NVQ unit aimed at assessing candidates when administering medication to individuals.
